🔥🔥SOME PEOPLE DREAM SUCCESS
WHILE SOME PEOPLE LIVE SUCCESS🔥🔥
What's the problem? You've been waiting yourentire life for this moment this golden opportunity this rare occasion this chance to do what so manyother people don't get to do What they don't get to accomplish what they don't get to experience what they can only imagine. But you're here you've made it to this point you've arrived at thispinnacle place in your life It would be a shame to mess it up a shame to miss this chance all because you allowed fear to trump faith. Time waits for no man once it's gone, it's gone it doesn't roll over time goes forward, timenever goes backward. The time is now there has never been a morepromising time to achieve greatness I heard someone once say that 'greatness is within youbut is dormant, is bottled up just waiting for the moment to unleash andshow the world how great you really are.' How talented you can be How amazing your skills are Not sure if you know or not, butthere are hundreds -no scratch that- thousands -no let me try again- millions of people that would killto be in your shoes right now They would give up food, sleep, TV, cellphone and any other luxury of the world just to be given the opportunityyou have right now. But instead of taking advantage of it instead of capitalizing on it you're too busy eating, you're too busy sleeping you're too busy being distractedby what's on television you're too occupied with what'strending on social media. Every second you're notworking, your competitor is in other words you don't have time to chill you don't have time to just hang out you don't have precious moments to lose that same billionaire that you idolizedhas the same 24 hours that you have imagine that the same 86,400 seconds inthe day, do they waste it? You better work your butt offevery single second that you have or you will find yourself saying Ishould have, but it'll be too late the time would have already passed your chance will be lost your golden opportunity willfall in someone else's lap don't do that to yourself. You've work too hard up until this point you put too much blood, toomuch sweat, too much tears too many late nights of studyinginto your craft to ease up now. The time is now not only is it important to you but it's important to your family,it's important to your friends it's important to every young childthat looks at you as a role model and you had no idea you were being watched. There are young kids in yourneighborhood that aspire to be like you They want the opportunities you've been given but they may be too shy to tell youand so they watch from a distance don't let them down. The time is now everyone in your corner isrooting for your success everyone in your corner wants to see you shine everyone in your corner wants to see you win everyone in your corner believes in you. The question is, do you believe in you? are you committed to the process?are you built for this life? are you ready for the tears? the long days of working hard, thesleepless nights of putting in work the sacrifice of your timeto reach a new level. The time is now the choice is yours don't wait don't hold back don't be shy give it all you got give it every ounce ofeffort you can muster up then, and only then can you be successful The time is now really quickly, really quickly the first component, thefirst thing of your A-game the first letter that you've got to get is the attitude, alright now say it with me you'vegot to have the right attitude listen to me your attitude is everything Your attitude determines everysingle thing you do in life your attitude determines your altitude. Do you want to go high in life? You'vegot to have the right attitude this is what they say in life They say that, they say that life is it just 10% listen to me now, 10% ofwhat happens is your life. 90% the remaining big picture the remaining 90% is how yourespond to that small 10% So no matter what it is that you gothrough in life, it's only a small fraction the big picture however is howdid you respond to that failure? how did you respond to.. to that adversity? how did you respond to failing that quiz? how did you respond to notgetting that promotion? right! whatever it is you went throughin life, How did you respond? how did you bounce back? so it's all about having the correct attitude. Anticipation all that really means is –listen- you past the point of hoping for success you past the point of wishing for success anticipation literally means you areexpecting to be successful, right! when you woke up this morning, you expectedcertain things to happen, right! am I wrong? Let me know if I'm wrong when you woke up you anticipatedeating some breakfast you anticipated going toschool, going to work, right! you anticipated halfway through the day, getting some type of lunch, some snack you anticipated certainthings throughout your day in other words you expected them to happen listen in other words if you didn't get to lunchon time, you felt some type of way, right! if you didn't get to eat at a certain time you started to get a littleangry, ya'll catching this? so when it comes to your dreams, you've got to be the same way expect it to happen so much that if it doesn'thappen you're starting to feel some type of way if you don't succeed whenyou're ready to succeed you - listen, your day is going south alright so you've got to anticipate beingsuccessful and don't miss this you have to have the right attitude, youhave to anticipate being successful but last and not least, you got to have some action. Listen I don't care how great your attitude is I don't care how much you say "Torian,I'm anticipating becoming successful" then you sit on the couch every day,it ain't gonna get there for you You can't make millions sittingin bed watching TV all day You got to get out of the bed,you got to get off that couch You got to put that cell phone down, you gotto go out there and get what belongs to you. listen to me now your action is that glue everything you've worked so hard for, youraction is what's gonna mold it all together. I don't know what areayou are in your life I don't know if you're inschool watching this video I don't know if you're in the office watchingthis video, I don't know if you're at home I don't know where you are or whatarea of life you're focusing on but whatever fear you have, you haveto learn how to face that fear the best way to overcome it? to look it straight in the face andsay “it's my turn to take you down” Listen to me as we close it out, as we closeit out, don't miss these three points. We're talking about creating challenges We're talking about challenging yourself stop looking for the easy way out stop looking for the cheat code, the Staples easy button, right? stop looking for the easyway, challenge yourself and the three things you got to do is: one set high specific but achievable goals the second thing is you've got to learnhow to get an early start to your day and then the last thing listen the best way to overcome thosefears is to face your fears

How to Write A Good Resume.... What Makes A Resume: GOOD RESUME.

🔶🔸HOW TO WRITE A GOOD RESUME🔸🔶
"2020 End of Year Offers" Upto 70% OFF @Amazon & FlipKart

Alright. So I am going to be honest with you. I have never really liked writing a resume because I have to worry about font, grammar, structure and in the end it all comes down to listing down my achievements and it hurts to find out that I don't have many. But achievements or no achievements, we need a job, right?!
Because apart from the money it gets you, having a job in the early stages of your career makes you a professional, it makes you disciplined. And both of these combined, will get you closer to Wealth, Health and even Love! And the first step to all of this is to write a resume. I know writing a resume sounds complicated but that's what I am here for. So it doesn't matter if you are a fresher or an experienced professional or a home-maker trying to find a part-time job. Today, by the end of this article, you will be surprised to see how easy it is to write a resume that will get you an interview call.
So in today we are going to learn.. What is it that Interviewers look for in a resume? Second, we are going to learn how to structure a resume. Third, I will type a resume infront of you so that you know exactly what to put in which section. But the most important point... in the end, I will give you a bonus tip that will take your resume to the next level! Before we begin, let me clarify that you are free to tweak your resume the way you want. Because there is no certified way to writing a resume. The only thing that's certified is this.. that you and I will learn something new and useful every week.
So if you want to learn things that haven't been taught in school then make sure you subscribe to this channel and hit that bell icon! Let's begin! So what is it that Interviewers 'Look For' in a resume? It is less about what is it that they 'look' for and more about what is it that Interviewers 'see'. For example, suppose this is the job that we are applying for, for the role of a Blockchain Developer. Even though I took an example of an I.T job, you can use the same principles for Banking, Education, Hotel Management, Sales or any other job that you like

🔥🔥WHAT MAKES GOOD TEACHER : THE GREAT🔥🔥
I'm obsessed with the question: "What makes a good teacher great...???"
I've collected 26,000 responses to this question, in eight different schools, from the poorest schools in Los Angeles, to suburban schools in Texas,to elite private schools abroad. And after 24 years of teaching students, I'm still perplexed by this question. Today, I'm going to teach you the lessons I learnedfrom those thousands of students, and learn what I found out from themif we just listen to students. The thing about it is that during my timeof asking kids this question, I realized that we don't ask this questionfor a particular reason: schools are afraid. Based on fear, they don't reallywant to know what kids think. Partially because they don't thinkkids will take it serious. I'm going to share with youone of the most profound quotes, answers to this questionthat I've ever received. [A great teacher eats apples] (Laughter) Now, I know what you're thinking. Doesn't this prove my point? "Great teachers eat apples." When I first saw this,I dismissed it as silliness, but it appeared again and again. So I thought, "There's got to be something to this, but what are they trying to tell me?" So one day, I decidedI would start eating apples. I ate them in the morning, at lunch, during class, in the hall. Kids began to give me apples. The'd see me eating themand say, "You're eating an apple!" "I know!" They would smile, and I would smile back. It wasn't until I understoodthat kids wanted to see me as somebody who is willingto receive a gift from them, that the apple was a symbolfor our relationship. There was goodness in that, and trust. But for a long time, I wasn't listeningand I hadn't understood this. [A great teacher is chill] They have their own language. When they say, "A great teacher is chill," what they really mean is:"Don't take it too serious. Be calm in all situations.Don't get overwhelmed." (Laughter) They have a way of speaking to usabout what they really want to tell us, but we have to listen. Right? I'm the father of two grown kids. They're out of school now and in college. But when they were at homeand they were teenagers, I had to learn a whole new language. When they would come homefrom school, I might ask them: "How was your day?"and they would say, "Fine," which usually meant:"It was not bad. It was pretty good. Nothing happened eventful. I probably learned something.Maybe I didn't." But if they came homeand said, "Fine," what they meant was: "It wasn't really great, but don't ask me,because you wouldn't understand anyways." If I asked them how their day wasand they said "OK," what they were trying to tell me was:"It wasn't good at at all, and you should probablyask me more questions, but don't expect me to answer." (Laughter) Kids have their own language;they have their own way of thinking. They want us to think like them and understandwhat's inside of their head. They have so many waysof thinking that things are great. They want us to seetheir world inside of them. But they don't want us to act like them; they want us to be calmand protect them and keep them safe. Kids have a way of communicating, and adults just haven't spentthe time listening. But what if we did? What if we really listendeeply to students? One of the things I noticed after all the yearsof collecting these responses is that there is patterns that emerge. When I asked the questionof what makes a good teacher great, oftentimes I heard,"A great teacher loves to teach." 70 percent of the time, the quoteor the answer that followed was: "A great teacher loves to learn." The reason this is significantis they don't see this happening. They don't see teacherslearning in front of them. They see them teaching, but they wish they would learnalong with them. Think about it. Principals hire teachersto be content experts, to have all of the knowledge, not to be learners. But what if they did? What if you showed up in the classroom, and the teacher had something prepared, said, "I don't know exactlywhat we're going to do today, but I can't wait to learn with you." Or that they saw their teacher struggle through somethingthey didn't actually know and then eventually discover the answer. Kids want to be inspired by this ideathat learning is important. But they don't see it in schools. [A great teacher isn't a teacher] When I saw this quote:"A great teacher isn't a teacher," I actually was a little bit offended. "What do you mean?! I'm a teacher!" They're like, "We know." What they were trying to tell me is: a great teacher isn't in the classroom. Think about it. Think about a time that you havesome enduring understanding, a time when you learned something that you still rememberand you use to this day, like throwing a baseball or riding a bike. I remember learningto ride a bike from my mom when I was five years old. She took off the trainingwheels of my bike, she got behind me, and began to push. And we ran, and we ran, until she finally let go,and I began to ride a bike. That's what I did;that's how I learned to ride a bike. I can still ride a bike to this dayfrom that moment. But can you imagine if I tried to learnto bike from my mom in a classroom, what it would look like? [Copy thisBike riding 101] (Laughter) "Son, first, you need to learnall the parts of a bike. There's the pedals and the crank, and there's a chain that turns the wheel. You have to have a significant force; once the force has enough momentum, you can keep your balance. That's how a bike works. I want you to learn all the parts,be able to label them and draw them. Then you're going to learnand write a research paper about the history of bike riding. (Laughter) All the important elements, the adventure, the development of bikes. And at the end of that, you're going to take a final examination. If you pass and get an A,you can ride a bike. (laughter) At five years old,I think I would've said, "Never mind, I'll just walk." (Laughter) This is exactly what we do to children. We put them in a classroom and tell them, "This is what I want you to learn. It's important. Do it." And kids know that it's not true, that we don't really valuelearning this way. So no wonder they're disruptive,or bored, or disengaged. Kids want us to be teachersthat aren't teachers. I want to tell you a story about Yvette. "A great teacher understandsthat they have a life outside of school." They really do. They want us to knowthat their life in school is way more differentthan the life outside of school. I just thought, "Well, how hard is your life? Your job is to do school;my job is to teach." Yvette was a tough student, She was feisty, and she hadan infamous reputation. She walked aroundwith a jacket to prove it. Whenever she walked around, the kids would follow. She would come in and sitin the front row and lean just so that she can haveeye contact to intimidate me. She would call me "mister"and not even use my full name. When she'd get up to go to the bathroom, all the girls would follow. Eventually, I learnt from Yvettewhat she needed to learn. And I thought I becamepretty good at what I was doing. I noticed one day, she stoppedturning in her homework. She had become a great leaderin the classroom: she turned in her homework, she participated in class; she actually was quite good. So when this happened,I was surprised. So I went up to her and said,"Yvette, I'm very disappointed in you." She said, "I know mister; I'm sorry." "I expect it turned in tomorrow." Tomorrow came, and just a few sheetsof unfinished work were turned in. I also went up to her and said,"Yvette, this is disappointing." She said, "I normally domy homework in the bathroom because it's the quietestplace in my house, but this week the electricitywas turned off, and it's dark in there. I had a candle, but it burned out. And I'm sorry." She gazed down, not her prideful self. I had missed the point. I had not listened when she said,"I'm trying, mister." I heard the words, but I didn't listen. Great teachers noticewhen there's a struggle. They don't make assumptionsabout what kids can and cannot do. They wait and watch, and they rescue them when they're stuck. Good teachers hear them, but they don't listen. I'll never forget Yvette, and I'm grateful because whenever I seean answer of a student like that, I remember her, and I listen. [A great teacher sings] This was the most perplexing answerI think I ever received. It happened every year for ten years;at least one student would put this. "A great teacher sings." What are they talking about? I can't sing. So I started thinking,"Wait a second. What do they mean?" It wasn't until Danny turned it inas one of his responses. He was the class clown. You know he was the onethat when we took the class picture, he put ear fingers behind your head. He would make facesat me during lectures so I would laugh. Everything was a joke to Danny. So, when he turned in his responses, and they were all seriousand actually really good, I was surprised when thisshowed up in the middle. But I knew there was something to it;I just didn't know what. So the next day,I put the agenda on the board, listing all the activities of the day,the expectations, and the homework. And instead of actually reading them, very seriously, I sang, (Laughter) in an operatic style, big as I could. The eyes of the students were wide, their mouths dropped. (Laughter) But you know what happenedat the end of that? I expected pointing and laughing. But the classroom eruptedin cheers and applause. There was a standing ovation. I could not believe it. At the end of class, they walked out, gave me high fives and handshakes, and here came Danny. He walked in, and he leaned in,and patted me on the shoulder, and said, "I told you a great teacher sings." (Laughter) (Applause) Great teachers make themselveshumble before their students. They take risks. They put aside their fear to try. They trust that they are goingto be supported if they fail. But they don't see this;they see experts, remember? Content experts. What if we hire teachers not to be deep understandersof content, knowledge keepers, but deep understanders of students? How our schoolswould change and transform? But it's no wonder students don't careor that teachers don't really listen. Because they have never been taught. But what if we did listen? You see, we spend three yearsof a student's life, teaching students to read. About 12 years of those students' lives, teaching them to write. Maybe if they're lucky, they get a semester or half a year learning to public speak. But they get virtual zero yearsof formal listening instruction. Zero. Think about it. When was the last timeyou were at a dinner party, and someone asked a question:"So what do you do for a living?" and the response was,"Oh, I'm a listening teacher. I teach advanced listeningat the high school events, listening communications,or beginning listener for elementary?" We don't hear this. Because we just don't believethat in schools it's important, though in the world, listening is one of the number one skillsessential for business and life. And we just don't teach it. We need to listen to our students. In our classrooms are the future. The Maya Angelous, the Mother Theresas, the Elon Musks of the world. And can you imagine if we took the time to ask those students,"What would make a good teacher great?" and then we actually listened, we could transform schools and education. Thank you. (Applause)
I've collected 26,000 responsesto this question, in eight different schools, from the poorest schools in Los Angeles, to suburban schools in Texas,to elite private schools abroad. And at the end of that, you're going to take a final examination. If you pass and get an A,you can ride a bike. (laughter) At five years old,I think I would've said, "Never mind, I'll just walk."
This is exactly what we do to children.
So I went up to her and said,"Yvette, I'm very disappointed in you." She said, "I know mister; I'm sorry." "I expect it turned in tomorrow."
Tomorrow came, and just a few sheetsof unfinished work were turned in.
A great teacher sings, This was the most perplexing answerI think I ever received. And instead of actually reading them, very seriously, I sang, in an operatic style, big as I could. The eyes of the students were wide, their mouths dropped.
But you know what happenedat the end of that? I expected pointing and laughing. But the classroom eruptedin cheers and applause. There was a standing ovation. I could not believe it. At the end of class, they walked out, gave me high fives and handshakes, and here came Danny. He walked in, and he leaned in,and patted me on the shoulder, and said, "I told you a great teacher sings." . Great teachers make themselves humble before their students.
Thank you....

🔥🔥SELF DISCIPLINE : THE KEY TO SUCCESS🔥🔥

99% of people are not willing to do, what it takes make their dreams come true. The Marines have a saying: "Everybody wants to go to heaven, but nobody wants to die" The center of bringing any dream into fruition is self discipline You know, something as simple as food and eating... it's not about your body as much as it is about your mind. It's getting command of your mind to be able to choose actions that are in your own best interest.

Every day we are choosing stuff that's not in our own best interest. So if the world is attacking you and the world wants to fight you and the world's trying to hold you down. So you're gonna kick yourself in the balls. So you will stop yourself from getting what you dream. And I think the word "discipline" has kind of gotten a bad name. We think about it in terms of punishment. I'm not talking about discipline in that way. I'm talking about discipline in the sense that you you forego immediate pleasure for the exchange of long-term self-respect.

I believe that self-discipline is the definition of self-love that when you say that you love yourself that means that you have behavior towards yourself. That is loving Self-discipline is the center of all material success. You cannot win the war against the world if you can't win the war against your own mind. Self-love is when you say to yourself Man, look I know you and that girl got a real connection I know y'all vibe, but that's your girl's cousin. So I love you too much to let you do that It's like you say to yourself hey man look I know you want to eat that pizza and it'll be really good, you know, but I can't let you eat that man cuz if you eat that pizza, you're gonna feel like crap You know, and I I just I love you too much to let you eat that Self-love is a look.

I know you got a a test on Monday, you know and I know you really want to go out with your friends and Saturday night you want to go out but If you fail that test, you're not gonna feel good about yourself You know, I just I love you too much to let you go out tonight Self-discipline is Self-love. If you wanna be happy you have to love yourself Which means you have to discipline your behavior The road to Sustained happiness is through Disciplining your behavior. We tend to base our self-esteem on what other people think and That's not really self-esteem. self-esteem is supposed to be how we feel about ourselves and I was just saying how dangerous it is to allow other people to determine how you're going to feel about you and it's kind of like looking into a broken mirror.

You're gonna look in a broken mirror and then change your face to try to look good in this defiled, busted broken mirror and it just other people's opinions. There's a really crappy way to determine how we feel about ourselves. It don't matter whose fault it is that something is broken if it's your responsibility to fix it For example, it's not somebody's fault if their father was an abusive alcoholic. But it's for damn sure their responsibility to figure out how they're gonna do with those traumas and try to make a life out of it It's not your fault if your partner cheated and ruined your marriage But it is for damn sure your responsibility to figure out how to take that pain and how to overcome that and build a happy life for yourself.

Fault and responsibility do not go together. It sucks, but they don't. When something is somebody's fault we want them to suffer. We want them punished. We want them to pay. We want it to be their responsibility to fix it but that's not how it works, especially when it's your heart. Your heart, your life, your happiness is your responsibility and your responsibility alone As long as we're pointing the finger and stuck in whose fault Something is, we're jammed and trapped into victim mode when you're in victim mode You're stuck in suffering. The road to power is in taking responsibility Your heart, your life, your happiness is your responsibility and your responsibility alone. You can make a person smile, you can make a person feel good, you can make a person laugh but whether or not a person is happy is Deeply and totally and utterly out of your control The prerequisite for spending time with any person is that they nourish and inspire you They feed your flame. Look at your last five text messages. Are those people feeding your flames or dousing your fire?

Put your phone down for just a second and look around Look to the people around you Are those people throwing logs on your fire or they pissing on it? I want my life, I want my work, my family. I want it to mean something and it's like it has- if you are not making someone else's life better than you're wasting your time. The separation of talent and skill is one of the the the greatest misunderstood concepts for people who are trying to excel who have dreams that want to do things. Talent you have naturally. Skill is only developed by hours and hours and hours of beating on your craft. You don't try to build a wall You don't set out to build a wall. You don't say I'm the biggest, baddest, greatest wall that's ever been built.

You don't start there. You say I'm gonna lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid. There will not be one brick on the face of the earth that's gonna be laid better than this brick that I'm gonna lay in this next 10 minutes. And you do that every single day. And soon you have a wall and I think psychologically the advantage that that gives me over over a lot of people that I have been in competition with in different situations is it's difficult to take the first step when you look how big the task is. The definition of who I am is very clear to me and it also redefines who I want to be in that I know for a fact that I'm stronger than I thought I was you know, you can't help but ask yourself the question. What would I do if I was in Muhammad Ali's shoes?

I'm motivated by fear. I hate being scared to do something. And I think what developed in my early days Was the the attitude that I started attacking things. I was scared Why were you scared in your bed the night before? Why did you- what do you need that fear for just don't go? Why are you scared in your bed 16 hours before you jump? Why are you scared in the car? Why could you not enjoy breakfast? fear is Fear of what? You're nowhere even near the airplane. Everything up to the stepping out There's actually no reason to be scared. It only just ruins your day You're- you don't have to jump and then in that moment all of a sudden where you should be terrified is the most blissful Experience of your life and God placed the best things in life on the other side of terror.

🔥🔥FOCUS ON YOURSELF, NOT OTHERS...🔥🔥

Figure out who you are. Don't apologize for who you are. And then become even greaterthan you naturally are at what you are. Once you understandthat every time you lose it's an opportunity for youto not only learn that lesson but take it a +1 step, past the lesson, you'll start to appreciate those lessons. So many people float downthe river of life without ever even puttingtheir paddles in the water. Just hoping and prayingand dreaming and wishing that they're going toend up somewhere good. Guys, that's not how life works, you know, you have paddles in your boat you've just got to learn to use them. Humans do not transition to another level when they're comfortable withthe level that they're on. The whole games broken because everybody's too tied upinto other people's opinions. I only care about my opinion of myself, and I care what my mom, and wife, and kids, and the world think Just not as much as I care aboutthe way I think about myself. I had a very important person in my life come to me and say, "who's your hero?" and I said, "I don't know, I've got to thinkabout that, give me a couple of weeks." And so I thought about it,you know who it is? I said, "It's me in 10 years." So I turned 25, 10 years later that same personcomes to me and goes, "So are you a hero?" and I was like, "Not even close!" She said "why?" I said,"Because my hero is me at 35." So you see, every day, every week, every month, and every year of my life My heroes always 10 years away. I'm never going to be my hero. I'm not going to attain that,I know I'm not, and that's just fine with me because that keeps me withsomebody to keep on chasing. You want to be somebody who succeeds? You want to be somebodywho builds something? You want to be somebody whopeople write books about one day? You're going to have to be okwith being bad for a long time. I'm telling you, I've been thinking I've been making calls. That's what I'm asking youto do, what fuels you? The reason why you're so lazy is not because you don't have the ability you're so lazybecause your dream is so small. I dare you to workon yourself for 6 months. I dare you to shut out the world. I dare you to shut outall the distractions. I dare you to give up everythingthat is keeping you from your dream. If you have a dream, don't just sit there make something happen. Sometimes you just have to move, do something, make a call, reach out to someone,Google something learn something new, write down what you need to do in order to make a better life for yourself and be brave enough to do those things. I dare you to take a stand today to say no more. I will no longer accept this for my life. I dare you to take action today. I dare you to write your goals down and get someone to hold you accountable. I dare you to hold yourself accountable. I dare you, I dare you to give up everything that iskeeping you from your dream, to say no to all the negative influences. I dare you to pick upa book instead of a drink. I dare you to work harderthan you think you did yesterday. I dare you to prove them wrong. I dare you to prove yourself right I dare you to stand up as a man or as a strong woman as whoever you are. And declare that you're going to claim a bigger and better life for yourself. I dare you to makesomething happen this week, to take massive action this week. Drop everything and do something. I dare you to walk more than you talk. I dare you to do goodfor the sake of doing good. I dare you to tell no one about it. To be kind for no reason. I dare you to spend time alone. I dare you to say no with pride, no to bad habits,to negative people, to wrongdoings. I dare you to speak your truth. I dare you to dream bigger, bigger than they told youwas possible for your life. I dare you. I dare you to walk your own path wherever that leads, whatever they say. I dare you to lockthe world out for a week and work on you, work on your dreams. You're well and truly capableof living at a higher level. If you do or you don't that's up to you. Ask yourself, am I happy with my lifeexactly as it is now? Am I happy staying where I am? If you don't like the answer get to work. Work on yourself. Work harder than you thinkyou've worked in the past. More discipline, higher standards, more self-respect, more boundaries, less BS, more forward, less backward, more positive, less negative. Only those who dare to goafter the life most don't have, will ever have the chance ofliving a life most will never have. Only those who dareto fight for a great life have a chance to live a great life. What's it going to take for you to change? What's it going to take for youto realize your potential? What's it going to takefor you to be proud? Proud of the person you are, proud of your effort, proud of the person you've become. What is it going to take? When you feel like your professoror your teacher has lost their mind. When you feel like your energy is all gone and it's impossible to finishevery assignment on time. When you feel like you're mentally broken and your motivation to achieveis hard to find. When you feel like the cloudsin your life are so dark it would be impossible toever see the sunshine again. When you feel. Those are three of the most powerful words that could ever be put together. When you feel. Because to feel meansyou're still with us. Because to feel meansyou're still breathing. Because to feel means you still have an opportunityto be achieving. Because to feel means that you still havethe power to stop the pain, stop the bleeding, stop the hurting, stop the grieving. I said, when you feel. Because to feel meansyou're still with us. Because to feel meansyou're still breathing. Because to feel means you still have an opportunityto be achieving. Because to feel means that you still havethe power to stop the pain. Still have the power to stop the bleeding, still have the power to stop the hurting, still have the power to stop the grieving. So whenever you feel like your professoror teacher has lost their mind. Because they're overwhelmingyou with a workload that seemingly will take up all your time. I need you to pause and recall the reason why you madethe choice to invest your time. And never lose sight of the factthat you are destined to shine. Never lose sight of the fact thatyou were made for this grind. Never lose sight of the factthat no hole is too deep for you to climb up out of. And above all else, your Why will never everallow you to withdraw. Your Why will never everallow you to pull the plug. Your Why will never everallow you to throw in the towel. See, it's your Why thatwill push you to dig deeper and go that extra mile. See not only do you owe yourself but you told your mama you would finish You told your daddy you would finish You told your brother you would finish You told your sister you would finish So therefore it's up to you to neverdiminish the value of your work. And a wise man once gave me a wise word, and now I'm passingthese wise words onto you. You are in total controlof your situation. So when you feel likeyou're facing a breaking point, this is the point whenyou go to your professor This is the point when you goto your academic adviser and not the time to despise her and not the time to despise him. Simply say, "I am in this until I walkacross the stage with my diploma." "I am in this until I smellthe sweet aroma of success." And right now, I'm feeling overwhelmed because I am on academic overload. Do you have any suggestions that willhelp me power through this semester? Because my only optionis to figure this out and whatever it takes I can, I will, and I must do. See I understand that drastic timescall for drastic measures. And the measure of a person's will is determined by whatthey are willing to do to ensure triumph over tragedy. The measure of a person's will is determined by whatthey are willing to do to ensure success over failure. The measure of a person's will is determined by whatthey are willing to do to ensure winning over losing. And see right now, I'm choosing to fightfor my academic future and that's why I came to your office. I promise when they see that your passionis pushing you with a purpose they will give you everyounce of their being to assure you are successful because they know you're worth it. I just need you to never forgetthat you're worth it. Success is your baby. You just gotta birth it and then kick back and enjoythe fruits of your labor. But in the meantime, I need you to pull up your sleeves, I need you to tighten upyour boxing gloves because you're right in the middleof a heavyweight boxing match and life is trying to takeyour title and your survival in this academic arena is at stake. It's moments like these where we separatethe real from the fake. But winners like you shake offany and every punch that life throws and fight back with a series ofvicious head shots and body blows to overcome and achieve the victory. But believe you me life will keep testing. Believe you me life will keep trying you. Believe you me life will keep pushing you. Believe you me life will keep trying to break you. I don't think you heard me I said believe you melife will keep testing. Believe you me life will keep trying you. Believe you me life will keep pushing you. Believe you me life willkeep trying to break you. Mark it with me. And always remember you are unbreakable. They want to see you fail but you are a diamond and you succeed becauseyou get back up after you fail and you will get back up again and again until your arms are raised with the wind. So I need you to speakpositivity into existence and ignore your inner voice of resistance because it's yourresilience and persistence that will allow you to masteryour time management skills that will allow you to break all of thesehuge assignments down into small pieces. That will allow you togroup study with a winner's circle. That will allow you to jump over anyand I mean any academic hurdles. Always remember when you feel that means you are still breathing and thus, you havean opportunity to keep achieving. This is a great day to win. Defining ourselves by what we are not is the first step that leads usto really knowing who we are. You know that group of friendsthat you hang out with that really might notbring out the best in you. You know, they- they gossip too muchor they're kind of shady. They really aren't going to bethere for you in a pinch. Or that computer screen, right That computer screen thatkeeps giving us an excuse not to get out of the house and engage with the worldand get some real human interaction. How about that food that we keep eating stuff that tastes so good going down it makes us feel like crap the next week when we feel lethargic, and we keep putting on weight. Well, those people, those places, those things Stop giving them your time and energy just don't go there, I mean put them down. And when you do this, when you do put them down, when you quit going there and you quit giving them your time you inadvertently find yourself spendingmore time and in more places that are healthy for you, that bring you more joy. Why? Because you just eliminated the who's, the where's,the what's, and the when's that were keeping you from your identity. 99% of people are not willing to do what it takesto make their dreams come true. The center of bringingany dream into fruition is self-discipline. You know, somethingas simple as food and eating it's not about your body as much as it is about your mind. It's getting command of your mind to be able to choose actionsthat are in your own best interest. And I think the word discipline has kind of gotten a bad name We think about it in terms of punishment. I'm not talking aboutDiscipline in that way I'm talking about discipline in the sense that you- you forego immediate pleasure for the exchange of long term self-respect. You cannot win the war against the world if you can't win the waragainst your own mind. Because motive matters, right? And what drives us, I always tell people that there's a success formulaI subscribe to and I call it h-cube that- it goes from your headto your heart to your hands. Affirm things in your head, but if you're not acting with your hands,there's- there's something that's missing, right there's an  incongruence there and I, what I tell people is like, you know check in withthe second H which is your heart which is the symbol of like emotion, the energy of motion. And so I feel like that'sthe fuel that fuels the car that gets you to take action for something and I do believe what got me through it is figuring out what my Why was. And I say if happinessis what you're after then you're going to be let down frequently and you're going to beunhappy much of your time. Joy though Joy is a different thing,it's something else, Joe is not a choice it's not a response to some result. Joy is the feeling that we have fromdoing what we are fashioned to do no matter the outcome. I started enjoying my workand literally being more happy when I stopped tryingto make the daily labor a means to a certain end. I need this film to bea box-office success. I need my performance to be acknowledged. I need the respect of my peers. And all those are reasonable aspirations, but the truth is as soon as the workbecame the reward in itself for me I got more box office, more accoladesand respect than I ever had before. For me it's like no brain left behind, right because I lived with thatidentity for so long and my- my message to people whether it's on stageor in the podcast or anything, is that, you know, we are morethan what we're demonstrating that we've been sold this lie that people are taught through school. Like when I do these demos and I, I on stage memorize ahundred names and words and numbers forwards and backwards and I make- it appears effortlessly. I always tell peopleI don't do it to impress you, I do it to express to youwhat's really possible because the truth is everyone can do this too and so much more. We were taught a lie that somehow our intelligence, our potential, our learning, our memory somehow is fixed, our creativity is fixed, our thinking is fixed like our shoe size and what we've discovered as we know more about brain science in the past two decades, we've discovered morethan the previous two thousand years and what we know is that we're grosslyunderestimating our own capacity. To be able to grow, to be able tocontribute, to improve our intelligence and our influence and our impact. And I'm really, I want to kind ofpull the veil behind and just say hey,"This is about transcending you know, this is about ending the trance. Ending the trance thatwe're not good enough. You know, that we're not smart enough, that we're not this genius and I'm telling the truth and the truth is we're faster and we'resmarter than we think and not just to be able to memorize things but be able to really solvesignificant challenges and maybe that these challengesthat we're going through are the lessons that weneed to, to learn the most. Now all of us go through struggles, right in our health, our relationship, whatever it is but through struggles come, come strengths and people don't talk about this as much and you know,I probably have a post-traumatic you know, stress from it, I'm going through braininjury after brain injury but there's also post-traumatic growth which, which you know, like is widely talked about but there're some people that gothrough immense amount of trauma and difficulty and challenge but they come out of itactually more empowered they say to themselves thatbecause of going through this I found a new strength,I found my superpowers, I found a new meaning in my life,I found a new level of commitment, I found a strength, a mission if you will and a lot of them attest that they wouldn't trade that experienceno matter how painful it was at the time for, for anything. I realized what was stopping me,was my own fear. It wasn't... it wasn't anything withmy educational aspect, it was me thinking I couldn'tdo well in mathematics and when I learned to remove that fear and think "I'm gonna do thisno matter what's going to happen." I may fail it. I may not fail it. I'm going to do well at this and I'm going to just, just see where it goes. I'm going to put my all into it and find out. I'm motivated by fear. I hate being scared to do something and I think what developedin my, in my early days was the the attitude that I started attacking thingsthat I was scared of. I want to talk about failure. I want to talk about why things go wrong Why you fail to study better And you're wasting your time because you can learn as much, if not more from your failures, your non starts, your hesitations as you can from your successes. We think that things happen overnight but they don't. They happen every dayin each passing moment. You win or you lose You waste or you create. Winning or passing an exam or degree it's not a one-time thing It's an everyday thingand every moment thing. You don't win once in a while, you don't do things right once in a while, you do them right all of the time. Winning as a result or success excellence they're all habits. Your goal is not too big, okay? You're just not yet the personyou need to be to execute against that and that is absolutely fine. So you don't just lose once in a while. You don't make an error once in a while. You don't fail an exam one time. You want the secret? It's called work. Do not get confused here. You have to work to matchthe ambition coming out of your mouth. There's only one thingthat you need to really find and that's direction. You need direction, your own direction. Not someone else's direction, not your parents direction, society's directionor social media's direction your own direction. But what does that actuallymean, it's a big word Well, it means knowingwhere you're numbing yourself or where you're awakening yourself. Where you numb yourself off with laziness, sleeping inmore than you should, scrolling through your feedmore than you should, distracting yourself more than you should hesitating, procrastinating waiting, waiting again and again until you've numbed yourself from reality. But when you are awakening yourself you know what that feels like because you're here listening to this motivational video. You're focused. You're seeking direction, you're setting a clear goalfor every single day. You're taking trips tothe library or the coffee shop Study session after study session you say no to the easy things and yes to the right things. Music sets the tone for our moments and we know it because even withthese videos that you like to listen to the best ones have the best music and it's classical music,18th century music that... has been shown, scientifically proven to engage the parts of your brain that are responsible fortwo really important things your focus and your memory. So if you ask, if you want to know how to stop wasting timeand study more effectively Turn the music onand turn the distractions off. This gym is for your minds steady study. So choose the tools, the tonethat's going to help you the most. And to round off with just remember this only as high as you reach can you grow. Only as far as you seek can you go. Only as deep as you can look can you see. And only as much as youcan dream can you be So reach high, reach far,go deep and keep dreaming. My name is Keshav and this is your motivation to study. Peace.
